Man Drags Helicopter With Penis, Breaks World Record

kung fu master who dragged seven cars with his penis has become a new world record holder by towing a helicopter even further with his manhood.

The Mirror Online reports that several hundred people as well as official adjudicators watched as Ye Hongwei, who goes by the stage name “Ye Wei,” towed the heavy military helicopter with a rope tied around his genitals.

Footage of the incredible feat shows him stuttering at first, unable to get the momentum needed to get the aircraft’s wheels rolling on the tarmac outside the hangar.

But he eventually summons the inner strength necessary to drag the helicopter over 10 metres (32 feet 9 inches) – beating his intended target of 8 metres (26 feet 3 inches).

He was then given his world record certificate by officials representing the World Record Academy.

Ye is from the city of Zibo in East China’s Shandong Province, where he has been practicing “zen tai chi” for over 30 years, but the feat was conducted in Fangshan District in Chinese capital Beijing.

Speaking after his successful attempt, Ye Wei said: “I don’t know why I struggled in the beginning. I felt a bit nervous and unsure.

“But I mustered up the energy needed and started the helicopter moving.”

He added proudly: “I will continue practicing so I can break new records in the future.”

In April, Ye towed seven Audis weighing 12.6 tonnes using his manhood, dragging the vehicles for a total of 8 metres (26 feet 3 inches).

That attempt broke his previous record of pulling five cars.

DEPRESSION: 7m Nigerians risk suicide

THE growing incidence of suicide among Nigerians has become worrisome to the extent that psychiatrists and other physicians have called for high index of suspicion for signs and symptoms of depression among their patients. They point to research which reveals that  during their lifetime about 3.0 per cent of Nigerians will have thoughts about ending their lives, while some will plan on how to kill themselves and actually carry out an attempt to kill themselves. According to the World Health Organisation, WHO, there are 322 million people living with depression in the world. In the WHO suicide ranking, Nigeria, with 15.1 suicides per 100,000 population per year, is ranked the 30th most suicide-prone out of 183 nations in the world. Nigeria also rates 10th in Africa after countries with higher rates of suicide such as Togo (ranked 26th in the world), Burkina Faso (22nd), Cameroun (19th) Zimbabwe (16th), Central African Republic (13th), Sierra Leone (11th), Angola (9th), Equatorial Guinea (7th), and Cote D’Ívoire (5th). Medical practitioners  under the aegis of the Society of Family Physicians of Nigeria, SOFPON, raised the alarm that seven million Nigerians are living with depression, a major risk factor for suicide, and called for well structured Primary Healthcare Centres, PHCs, that would help detect and treat depression early before the onset of suicide attempts. The President of SOFPON, Lagos Zone, Dr. Blessing Chukwukwelu noted: “In Nigeria, only one-fifth of those with a depressive episode receive any treatment, and only one in 50 receives treatment that is minimally adequate.

Tiger's $20M night of shame: Fallen golf star set to be 'DUMPED by his sponsors following his DUI arrest' as he prepares for embarrassing DASHCAM footage to be released

Tiger Woods could lose hundreds of millions of dollars following his early morning DUI arrest in Florida, claim sports experts.
The fallen golfing star currently earns $45.5M-a-year alone in sponsorship money - including more than $20m from his mega-bucks Nike contract - but following his latest public humiliation the 41-year-old could lose lucrative endorsements.
Despite some standing by him following his much publicized marriage breakup amid rampant infidelity and subsequent loss of form, observers believe backers such as Rolex and Bridgestone to re-examine their relationship with the 14-time Major winner.
And to add insult to injury for Woods it is thought that Florida cops will release highly embarrassing dashcam footage of his 3am arrest on Tuesday, during which officers claimed the star - who is worth $740m - was 'arrogant'.
And before Woods broke his silence with a statement regarding the arrest on Monday evening some of the notorious womanizer's ex-mistresses came to his defense.
Model Coris Rist, who had a six-month affair with the golfer in 2006 when he was married to Elin Nordegren said that the news of his arrest was 'kind of sad' and that he 'was going through a difficult time'.
Furthermore, TMZ claimed that his current girlfriend, Kristin Smith found out about the arrest while shopping at a Neiman Marcus store in Dallas and 'went crazy', began crying and said 'I knew it, I knew it'.

Female zookeeper mauled to death by a tiger during a 'freak accident' at British zoo'

The zookeeper who was killed by a tiger as visitors heard a ‘blood-curdling’ scream from the enclosure has been named as Rosa King.
The 33-year-old's colleagues desperately tried to save her by distracting the big cat with chunks of meat, witnesses said.
More than 100 visitors were evacuated from Hamerton Zoo in Cambridgeshire as ‘all hell broke loose’ and police and paramedics rushed to the scene.
Witness Pete Davis said he believed Miss King was attacked after rushing to help a colleague in the tiger enclosure.
He said: ‘There’s no doubting it was a girl’s scream and something terrible had happened. It sounds like a tiger turned on her.
She had run into the enclosure after hearing one of her colleagues shouting and moments later all  hell let loose.
'She let out a blood-curdling scream and then another keeper ran out and shouted “run”.
'It was a case of total panic. There were keepers rushing about throwing buckets of meat to try and get the tigers under control.’
Miss King’s friend, wildlife photographer Garry Chisholm, said last night: ‘I have lost a very dear friend who loved the animals in her care very much.

He dismissed stories making the round that her members would clamp down on anybody who tried to do any business or open shops today, stressing that “we are not going to harass anybody who wishes to open her shop or do any business. All we are saying is that, we will be surprise to see shops and businesses open because our people are in serious support of the cause we are pursuing.”
Ezeike warned that the Inspector General of Police, Idris Abubakar Ibrahim, has directed that unpatriotic elements should be dealt with by the security officers. The statement advised citizens to go about their lawful business and not to fall prey to the propaganda and directives of individuals or group of persons whose identity remains largely unknown.

She started it’ – Katy Perry tells the story behind her ongoing beef with Taylor Swift

It seems like Katy Perry is finally ready to end her feud with Taylor Swift.
During The Late Show Carpool Karaoke on last Monday night, the Katy talked candidly with host James Corden about her ongoing beef with the pop star.
‘There’s a situation,’ she admitted. ‘She started it, and it’s time for her to finish it.’
Katy then explained how she never ‘stole’ backup dancers from Taylor, who hinted in her infamous Rolling Stone interview in 2014 that Katy tried to sabotage her entire tour.
Rather, Katy says she tried to talk to Taylor about it, but Taylor refused to speak with her.
‘I do the right thing any time that it feels like a fumble. It was a full shutdown and then she writes a song about me,’ Katy said, referring to ‘Bad Blood’ from Taylor’s 1989 album. ‘And I’m like, ‘OK, cool, cool, cool. That’s how you want to deal with it? Karma!’
Even though Katy appears to have retaliated with her song ‘Swish Swish,’ which many fans think is a diss track about Taylor, she admitted that she’s ready to wipe her hands clean of the drama and move on.

(VIDEO) New Born Baby Walks Immediately After Birth

A video showing a baby walking a few minutes after being birthed has gone viral.

The 41-second video was posted on Facebook by Arlete Arantes from Brazil on the 26th of May. It's unclear when the video was recorded.

It has been viewed more than 78 million times, has more than 1.5 million shares and times and has collected over 325,000 (mostly incredulous) reactions.

The University of Rochester Medical Center said the "walking" is not so much a miracle but a natural newborn reflex referred to as the "stepping reflex."

It makes the baby appear to take steps or dance when held upright with his or her feet touching a solid surface. It lasts until the baby is about two-months-old and helps babies develop and survive.

This however, hasn't restricted people from joking about the phenomenon.

"Gotta stretch the legs after a 9 month journey," someone wrote on Reddit

"That baby's name: Usain Bolt," another person joked.

"That kid is going places," someone else quipped.

Mercy Aigbe vs Lanre Gentry: Lagos writes Police, demands transfer of case files

The Lagos State Government has written to Nigerian Police, demanding that it forward the duplicate of the case file on alleged assault on the Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe by her husband, Lanre Gentry.

The request for the case file, Vanguard gathered shows Government’s resolve not to back down from the case between actress and her husband.

The State Government in a letter written through the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, DPP, May 22, indicated its interest in prosecuting the alleged case of assault.

It was learned that aside writing to the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the State Criminal Investigative Department, SCID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos Mainland Local Government, DPP also copied other relevant agencies, to alert them of its plan.

The State Government argued that the assault contravene sections 171, 243 and 244 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

It would be recalled that Coordinator of the State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team, DSVRT, Mrs. Titilola Vivour- Adeniyi, had during his sensitization programmes argued that Domestic Violence is a crime committed against the State. .

She explained that if anyone is beaten or suffered abused, the State is also being abused, noting, we must begin to renew our mindsets and treat Domestic Violence for what it is; a crime against the State.

Also, the State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem, had during this year’s ministerial briefing said: “The DPP is committed to ensuring that all offenders are brought to book thereby discouraging impunity in our society.

We are also committed to speedy trials, especially so that suspects are not detained for too long awaiting trial. It is our belief that both the victims of a crime and the alleged offenders deserve to have their cases resolved at the earliest possible time,” he added.

Be ready to make sacrifice, Osinbajo tells Nigerians

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has urged Nigerians to stop the blame game and contribute their quota for the greatness of the country. He spoke yesterday at the 2017 Democracy Day interdenominational church service with the theme: The Dry Bones Shall Live Again” Ezekiel 37:11, held at the National Christian Centre, Abuja to mark the nation’s 18 years of democracy.
Drawing from the biblical story of the good Samaritan to illustrate his message, the Acting President said Nigerians must not emulate the politician and cleric in the story that looked the other way when they saw the man that was attacked by thieves and left. Osinbajo urged Nigerians to be like the good Samaritan who took compassion on him, poured oil on his wounds and took him to the hospital.
“When we look on our country, it is not the state that is the story but how the people react when you see the nation that needs to be helped. “While the politician and cleric looked the other way when they saw the man that was half dead, the Good Samaritan had compassion on him, covered the wound with bandage and took him to the hospital.
“Who truly loves the nation, is it the priest that said a prayer and walked past, or the politician that looked and walked past or the Samaritan that took the wounded to the hospital, paid some money and said treat him, on my return I will upset the bill?”
According to the Acting President, “the nation requires those that can make the sacrifices to make it great, they are those whom Jesus spoke about, people that may not be of note but prepared to make the nation great again. Some are doctors, teachers, young graduates.
“There is sacrifice of integrity against corruption. When you speak against corruption, it fights back, so you must be ready to make sacrifice no matter how highly placed or small you are. Teachers must be prepared to teach, doctors prepared to provide health services, no matter what. Make the sacrifices required to make our nation great whether you are a leader or a follower.”
At the event, Osinbajo prayed God to heal President Muhammadu Buhari and bring him back safely. He also prayed for grace on those willing to make sacrifices to make the nation great.
The First scripture reading, Ezekiel 37:1-14, was taken by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, while the second scripture reading, Romans 129-2,1 was taken by Speaker of House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.
In his sermon, the presiding Apostle of the Word Communication Ministries and Founder of Christ Family Assembly Churches Apostle Sunday Popoola, said the service was mainly to thank God for 18 years of unbroken democracy, to reflect on how we have played our role in the polity and to pray and seek the face of God for our glorious future.
The cleric cautioned all those contemplating coup to jettison the thought, saying a military hijack of power would not succeed in the country any more as the people would resist it.
“If you are out there like me, you will know that Nigerians are fed up and are waiting for something to spark. We need to be patient with the present government which has something to offer. Coup cannot work now and will not succeed.”
Popoola said 100 years after amalgamation, the country cannot continue to blame the imperialists, while urging that the 2014 National Conference must be revisited and the different nations that make up Nigeria must decide the future.
Prayers were said for Buhari and Osinbajo. Prayer were also said for peace, security and flourishing development in the country. Also present during the service were the President of the Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN), Rev. Samson Supo Ayokunle; wife of the Acting President, Dolapo Osinbajo; House Speaker’s wife Gimbia Dogora; Mrs. Nkoyo Onnoghen; Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, members of the legislature, judiciary, the military, clerics, royal fathers and members of the diplomatic corps.

Two American pop stars shamelessly stole Phyno’s song as theirs

As Nigerian songs are popping all over the world, it was only a matter of time before foreigners started to imitate our sound. But we didn’t expect it to be so blatantly done.
On Phyno‘s last album The Playmaker, he featured Mr Eazi and Decarlo on a song called ‘I’m A Fan’. With hits like ‘Fada Fada’ and ‘Pino Pino’, it is not one of the most popular tracks on the album but it’s not a bad song at all. It has a very nice wave that makes it soothing.
That album came out six months ago.
Fast forward to May 2016, American pop singer Pia Mia released a song with struggle R&B star Jeremih. The title? ‘I’m A Fan’.
It sounded like a coincidence so we decided to take a listen. Brothers and sisters, we never esperredit: it’s a glaring ripoff of Phyno’s song!
It’s 2017 and nothing is a secret – especially with Nigerians who practically know everything. It took only a few weeks before the General Pype version of Davido‘s ‘Gbagbe Oshi’ came out and fans were made to understand that it was bought and recorded by Davido. That’s fair.
But these two American stars are not connected to Phyno by any means (at least not that we know of as at now) and the song is not a cover. It’s an official single released by her record label.
What’s more, she’s promoting it seriously.
We have reached out to Phyno’s management to find out if there is any type of collaboration between him and Pia Mia. They have not responded to our queries at press time.
Listen here and compare the two songs.

Here’s Phyno’s I’m A Fan that, released in Novemeber 2016.

Here’s Pia Mia’s I’m A Fan, released in May 2017

Jonathan sues for peace in Rivers’, Bayelsa’s squabbles

Despite the unresolved dispute over the ownership of some oil wells between Rivers and Bayelsa states, former President Goodluck Jonathan has sued for their peaceful co-existence.
Jonathan made the call at the weekend during the Rivers State Golden Jubilee celebration when the state honoured 127 distinguished Nigerians who served the state meritoriously in different fields of human endeavour.
The former president, who was a special guest of honour at the occasion, observed that Governor Wike does not discriminate against Bayelsans living in the state. He, therefore, urged the two states to live in harmony.
“I was honoured with the award of Grand Service Star of Rivers State. I thank the governor for this honour. This award has a special place in my heart. This award is coming from a place I called my home. After my secondary school education, the rest of my public service have been in Port Harcourt,” he said.
Jonathan lauded Governor Wike for instituting a 50-year strategic plan to develop Rivers State. Also, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has castigated his predecessor and Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi, for rejecting the honour bestowed on him despite indictment from a Judicial Commission of Inquiry.
Wike explained that the state executive council has put machinery in motion to honour and celebrate Rivers people for their exemplary achievements and contributions to the collective interest of the state and the nation.
He pointed out that naturally, assignments of this nature are perhaps some of the most difficult to do without backlash. “Permit me to also address the purported rejection of the award by former governor and current Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi.
“Now that our constitutional magnanimity in the spirit of jubilee is unappreciated, we think it is in order to amend the law and dare its consequences than for this development to be undermined. This is because for us and as a principle, occupying the state highest office alone isn’t enough reason to warrant state honours. The ability to embark on good governance should be one and most paramount consideration,” he said.
All civilian and military former governors of the state accepted the award except the immediate past governor of the state, Amaechi, who described it as a ‘poisoned chalice’.
Prominent among the awardees were Dr. Jonathan, his wife, Patience Jonathan, first Rivers Military Governor, King Alfred Diete-Spiff, former Governor Peter Odili and former Governor Rufus Ada George, among others.
