British actor, Idris Elba has teamed up with Kate Winslet for the romantic drama, The Mountain Between Us.
The Twentieth Century Fox project in conjunction with Chernin Entertainment is an adaptation of the best-selling novel by Charles Martin.
The Mountain Between Us tells the story of a man and woman, survivors of a plane crash in the wilderness, who fall in love.
Directed by Hany Abu-Assad, the film sees Idris Elba play Dr Ben Payne while Kate Winslet is Ashley Knox.
The film’s release is set for October 20, 2017.
